Breakfast was excellent, people on reception were extremely helpful. The only drawback was that the rooms are very small. Other than that it was a very satisfactory hotel.

On arrival we were given a very small double room with no drawer space or hangers and with the bed right up against the wall and radiator. We asked to be moved and were given a far more roomy triple room. Breakfasts were very good, the hotel clean and its location for the museum district was excellent

The room we had was very small but apart from this it is a comfortable hotel with a good selection of food for breakfast and is well situated for visiting the many sights around central Amsterdam.

Located in quieter area by a beautiful park in the trendy shopping district just south of the CBD of Amsterdam central - an easy 15-20 minute walk to the south of the CBD where a lot of the city sights are located as well as closer by public transport options if you don`t want to walk. Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Hotel was very average. Have been conned by this hotel and hotel club, price agreed for Hotel was 168 euro's, they then charged my credit card £287!!!! I have tried to complain but all they have done is send me a invoice dated a month after the money was taken. I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL OR HOTEL CLUB AGAIN.

Our reservation was for a quad room with a double bed and two singles. But it turns out that they have no such configuration at this hotel, only a rather small room with four singles. The beds were old and worn down, and the bedspreads had cigarette burns. Overall the hotel seemed run down and poorly maintained. We did not stay there, moved to a different hotel immediately.

The hotel is very close to Leidseplein, the service is good and the room is small but clean. I recommend this hotel.

1. Hotel said we were not booked, despite room being fully paid for through you. (Hotel club error, said hotel.)Room was filthy. Carpets & bedspread stained & a thick layer of dust along the skirting boards. Mousetraps in the corridors. Bed was old and lumpy w/ metal springs that poked us & made it hard to sleep. The bar was badly stocked. Reception made us wait ages to leave our key so that we could go out for the day. Breakfast was lovely though, & dining room assistants helpful.

Previously stayed in botel which was 3 stars. This hotel is 2 Stars, the difference that one star makes is immense
