The Banks Mansion Hotel is beautifully located on the banks of the Herengracht canal, Amsterdam. Set in a beautiful building which once served as a bank, the establishment has undergone extensive renovations to be transformed into an inviting and comfortable mansion where each guest is made to feel at home while benefiting from the service of a large hotel.
The rooms, separated into different categories, have been designed to be inviting and comfortable. Each one includes WiFi, an LCD television with satellite reception and a DVD player. Take your breakfast in the kitchen, where it will be prepared in front of you. The lounge features several comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy a drink. Arrangements can also be made for business guests who need to accomplish some work.
Walk through the Flower Market, just a few metres from the Banks Mansion, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The hotel has an excellent location They have a complimentry bar througout the day I came for two nights (that were prepaid). When I came back to the hotel on the next evening, after only one night, the hotel stuff decided that I was suppose to do checkout, so my things were packed and stored in the luggage storage. This is the first time somethings like this happends to me.

We stayed here for three nights last weekend and loved every minute, we didn't want to leave. Staff very helpful and friendly, recommended a lovely restaurant for us one night. Drinks included were name brand spirits so very nice! Breakfast was very good, large choice. We would definitely stay again.

We think this is a really wonderful hotel, good value because so much is included. Fee snacks, free mini-bar, fee breakfast, nice room, excellent service, unpretentious. I like it.
