The hotel decor was very dated

The resort facilities were good, entertainment of an evening was good, what let Club Croc down was the run-down state of the rooms. Bathroom was in a very poor state. Tapware was chipped and dirty. Locks on the glass sliding door were difficult to use. The whole room had a tired air.

This hotel definitely needs refurbishing! The rooms are small and poorly equipped. The price is much too high for what you get and to be honest there many other hotels at better locations (you need to get a cab or a bus o get to Airlie Beach) and offering higher quality for the same or even lower price.

Thank you for the opportunity to commend the general quietness & degree of crowd-control on my 2nd.stay (17-18/7, I think!), in contrast to the feral nocturnal creatures that had recently escaped from various educational institutions both in Australia & the USA and were HEARD roaming around in testosterone-enhanced packs during the early morning hours of our first stay(8-9/7)!! What a ruckus! Otherwise pleased to return to C.C. one day soon! Jonas.
